The hotel is very clean and a lot of shops around the area. Breakfast is really good, plenty of variety to choose from. It's easy to go around town with Didi or taxi. Very handy location. Definitely will come back to this hotel again.

The room is relatively new with a smart voice control system. It has a lovely view of Tianmen Mountain (though Tianmen Cave can’t be seen from the room). The hotel is situated within walking distance to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway Lower Station. There are many restaurants, eateries, shops and even a night food market around the hotel. Of special note is that the shower pressure is fantastic, and the free breakfast that comes with the stay has a fantastic spread.

Everything is top-notch: brand new vibe, huge comfy rooms, great breakfast, and super close to Tianmen Mountain (walkable in 10 mins!). But honestly, the star was the gorgeous and incredibly patient front desk young lady — she dedicated a full half hour to patiently walk me through every must-see spot in Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountain, answering all my questions without any hurry. So beautiful, so sweet, and so helpful! Service like this is what makes a hotel unforgettable. Thank you! Strongly recommend — five stars all the way! ?? Exceeded my expectations with this stay. Grand entrance with super helpful staff all around the hotel. Breakfast had many options to suit all diets. Very grand as well

This was by far our favorite hotel out of the 3 hotels we stayed during our 1-week trip in China. The service provided by hotel staff were impeccable - they were very attentive, passed us ponchos on a rainy day / explained in detail on how to plan our trip to Tianmen mountain and the national park etc. View from our room was amazing as well, can see the cable cars going by. Alot of eateries nearby the hotel and the Zhangjiajie station was within a few minutes walk too. Super convenient to go up to the Tianmen mountain - 10 mins walk to the entrance poin

The room was very clean and the staff really welcoming. Hope to get back soon to enjoy again the city and the hotel!

管家小朱服务特别周到，入住前先主动联系询问是否有特殊需要，后又免费升级了山景房。最主要的还是能及时处理好顾客的应急需求：由于天门山大雾天气，被迫提前下山，感谢小朱帮忙申请延迟退房，使得原本扫兴的心情得到一丝安慰。酒店离天门山索道不远，早餐品种也丰富，值得一住！
